December Is a Month to Prep & Reflect

We’re approaching the end of the year, and many of us are hitting the pen to paper with goals we want to achieve and ways to improve both work & life, heck – perhaps even that  work life balance as well.
Consider yourself blessed, because it’s practically 2019 and we have an incredible amount of resources to turn to. This however on the other hand presents a challenge, because sometimes too many options has us turning our back all together, or settling a sub par option.
